Their team is committed to quality, safety, innovation, and efficient production.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Finishing Machine Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00pm to 04:00am)Operate and monitor finishing range equipment to process fabric according to quality and production specificationsSet machine controls and verify proper startupMonitor fabric quality and adjust machine settings for width, tension, temperature, and processing requirementsReview and complete work orders and production documentationInspect finished material, send samples to the Lab as required, and report quality or equipment issuesWrap finished rolls, attach piece tickets, and prepare material for packingMaintain housekeeping, remove waste, and follow all safety and production proceduresFinishing Machine Operator Qualifications:Technical certificate, 3-6 months of manufacturing experience, or equivalent experience preferredBasic computer skills and ability to complete production and quality documentationAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and work instructions in EnglishBasic math skills, including measurements and simple calculationsStrong attention to detail, communication, and ability to troubleshoot routine issuesApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
