This could be your job!Pay Rate: $21-23/hr1st Shift: M-F, 6:30am-3:00pm2nd shift: M-F, 3pm-11:30pmLocation: Broomfield, COPosition Type: Contract-to-Permanent HireWhy consider this Finishing Operator position?Partner with Manufacturing and Quality teams to deliver well-finished products that meet customer standardsFocused environment with one of the best supervisors in the industrySecurity of a large, international company with a supportive, close-knit team environmentDepartmental culture is rooted in respect and teamwork – everyone has each other's backClean, high-tech environment where you can feel good about where you workRobust benefits package after 3–4-month contract periodHow you'll spend your time as a Finishing Operator 1:Complete required maintenance of bead blast machinesTransact work orders in OracleExercise a high level of attention to detail in all tasksMaintain quality control standards to meet customer expectationsMonitor supplies in the areaAssist in all aspects of final manufacturingAdhere to safety protocols while handling and moving materialsOccasionally lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily dutiesCollaborate with a small team, maintaining a respectful and efficient workflowRemain stationary while standing up to 8 hours per shiftSkills & experience we'd like you to have as a Finishing Operator 1:High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent preferred1+ year of job-related work experienceBasic print/schematic reading skillsBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office and manufacturing programsAbility to work on your feet for most of the shiftAbility to lift 50 lbs on occasionAbility to wear an N95 mask and PPE throughout the shiftSteel-toed boots requiredWillingness to complete background and drug screen
