Labelink Finishing Department PositionLabelink is growing! We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team on 2nd shift in our Finishing Department.Why Labelink?No mandatory overtime – we value work-life balance.Optional overtime available.Straight shifts (no rotations).Competitive pay with raises & bonuses.Shift DetailsTraining will be conducted on 1st shift.Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:20 PM–12:20 AM (+$1.00 shift differential).What You'll DoOperate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.What We're Looking ForBasic math skills and ability to read a ruler.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.Our BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, HSA & HRA options.401(k) match – $0.50 on the dollar up to 10%.Paid time off & holidays (eligible day one!)Career advancement potential!Ready to grow with us?
