This opportunity is based on a Finishing Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesPerform hand assembly of parts and components according to production specifications.Assemble products accurately using manual dexterity and attention to detail.Sand, polish, and prepare surfaces for finishing and painting processes.Apply painting and corrosion control techniques as required.Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and workmanship standards.Handle repetitive assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.Preferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Finishing Technician.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.About UsAt Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
