As a FinOps Cloud Architect, you’ll help bring together cloud engineering, finan cia l operations, data, and reporting to improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making across the cloud environment.In this role, you’ll work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ( OCI ) cost and usage data to support allocation models, chargeback and showback, budget ing, forecasting, optimization, reporting, and governance. You’ll help build the dashboards, data integrations, and automated capabilities that allow leaders to make informed decisions about cloud resources and investments.You’ll collaborate with finance, procurement, program, cloud, cybersecurity, application, Oracle, and customer stakeholders to translate technical and finan cia l objectives into practical solutions. If you enjoy connecting cloud technology to business outcomes and helping organizations make smarter decisions about their investments, we invite you to join us.What You’ll Work On:Integrate commer cia l cloud environments with finan cia l management, cost accounting, reporting, and business intelligence services.Implement FinOps capabilities, including cost allocation, chargeback and showback, budget ing, forecasting, optimization, and consumption reporting.Configure OCI compartments, tagging and cost tracking tags, budget s, usage reports, cost analysis, and billing exports.Design cost data integrations with enterprise reporting, finan cia l management, data warehouse, and business intelligence platforms.Define cost allocation models that map OCI consumption to organizations, programs, projects, applications, environments, contracts, and other reporting dimensions.Transform, validate, reconcile, and analyze cloud billing and usage data to support automated reporting, dashboards, alerts, forecasting, and anomaly detection.Apply rightsizing, scheduling, autoscaling, storage lifecycle management, license optimization, discount utilization, idle-resource identification, and other cost governance practices.Support secure finan cia l data sharing, least privilege access, auditability, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have:8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, FinOps, cloud architecture, data analytics, or finan cia l operationsExperience integrating commer cia l cloud environments with finan cia l management, cost accounting, reporting, or business intelligence servicesExperience designing, deploying, securing, and operating OCI solutionsExperience implementing FinOps capabilities, including cost allocation, chargeback and showback, budget ing, forecasting, optimization, and consumption reportingExperience configuring OCI compartments, tagging and cost tracking tags, budget s, usage reports, cost analysis, and billing exportsExperience designing cost data integrations with reporting, finan cia l management, data warehouse, or business intelligence platformsExperience transforming, validating, reconciling, and analyzing cloud billing and usage data for reporting, forecasting, dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detectionKnowledge of cloud cost optimization practices, secure finan cia l data sharing, least privilege access, audit logging, and security and governance requirementsActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:Experience with Oracle Analytics, Oracle Fusion Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platformsExperience integrating cloud cost data with finan cia l, procurement, contract management, or budget ing systemsExperience using OCI usage and cost reporting APIs, SQL, data pipelines, or Python to automate reportingExperience supporting finan cia l data governance, audit readiness, reconciliation, internal controls, or remediation tracking in a government or regulated environmentArchitecture, Security, Data Management, or Cloud Operations Asso cia te or Professional-level OCI CertificationFinOps Foundation Certified Practitioner or similar Cloud Finan cia l Management CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
