Job description
Origence seeks an experienced Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel to lead the legal function in a hybrid role, guiding corporate governance, policy development, and major transactions. You will manage outside counsel, advise senior leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance across SaaS lending solutions.
Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in-house finance/tech law, strong negotiation skills and a collaborative leadership style. Hybrid schedule with weekly in-office presence is required.
