Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate with restoration supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes and follow direction accordingly.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-upPosition Requirements:Valid driver's licenseWillingness to work occasional overtime hoursPrevious experience in restoration, or a related field is preferred.IICRC certification is a plus.Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
