Fire Fighter/ParamedicThe City of St. Clair Shores is accepting applications for Fire Fighter/Paramedic with the intent of establishing eligibility to fill both current and future vacancies.NOTE: COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS LISTED BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF APPLICATION.FAILURE TO INCLUDE THESE DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE APPLICATION PROCESS.Required Documents:Birth CertificateDriver's LicensePassing test score with EMPCO. Schedule of testing available at License, if completedFire Fighter I and II Certifications, if completedCPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test)Applicants must meet the following requirements:Applicants must be citizens of the United States of America and be at least 20 years old.Applicants must have a valid driver's license.Applicants must possess a State of Michigan or National Registry issued Paramedic License and Fire Fighter I and II Certifications within the first year of employment.The City of St Clair Shores shall not consider any applications unless the following documents are supplied with the application: copy of Driver's License, and Birth CertificationAll Applicants must meet the criminal history requirements and background check requirements of the City of St. Clair Shores Fire Department(Certification must be maintained throughout the term of the eligibility list)
