Encore Community Services seeks a Fire and Life Safety Director to implement fire safety plans, train staff, and lead drills at Encore 49 Residence in Midtown Manhattan. The role requires a valid Certificate of Fitness (F89/T89) and at least two years of fire safety experience, with duties spanning fire life safety, building security, and incident documentation.
The position is part-time, non-exempt, 24 hours per week, with weekend shifts on-site.
