HDR is seeking a Fire & Life Safety Engineering Principal in New York to lead multi-discipline design teams, drive business development, and shape project delivery. The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and technical excellence within HDR's BES practice.
The Principal Engineer will develop scopes and manage schedules and budgets, mentor staff, and promote HDR’s employee-owned culture while delivering high-performance safety and life safety systems for complex facilities.
