Dispatch SupervisorBe the Command Center Behind Life Safety When a sprinkler system goes down or an alarm needs immediate attention, everything starts with you. As our Dispatch Supervisor, you'll be the pulse of our operation, keeping our technicians moving, our customers confident, and our community's buildings protected. What You'll DoRun the daily schedule and dispatch technicians for inspections, testing, maintenance, and emergency service callsRespond fast and prioritize smart when urgent calls hit, including impairments, alarms, and system failuresKeep recurring inspections on track to meet NFPA and local AHJ compliance deadlinesMatch the right technician to the right job based on workload, certifications, and equipment availabilityBe the calm, trusted voice for customers on arrival windows, delays, and job statusReview service tickets and reports to make sure the work is accurate, complete, and on timePartner with sales, operations, and billing so every completed job gets invoicedLead and support your dispatch and scheduling teamWhat You Bring5+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination experience, ideally in fire protection or life safetyWorking knowledge of fire protection systems and inspection requirements (NFPA 25, 72, 10)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with service management software (such as ServiceTrade, Simpro, or similar)The ability to stay cool and make quick decisions when the pressure is onBonus PointsNICET certification or field technician backgroundPrior supervisory or team lead experienceWhy This Role Matters Your decisions directly impact how quickly systems get restored and how well people are protected.
