Trinity Fire Suppression is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Estimator to support our growing service and inspection division. This position focuses on quoting sprinkler repairs, deficiency corrections, small projects, and time & material day work.
nThe ideal candidate understands fire sprinkler systems from both a field and code perspective and can quickly turn inspection reports and site visits into clear, accurate, and profitable repair proposals.
nThis role is fast-paced and customer-facing — we are looking for someone who is responsive, organized, and confident communicating technical scope to property managers, contractors, and building owners.
nKey Responsibilities
nnnReview inspection reports and deficiency lists to prepare repair proposals

nnQuote sprinkler system repairs, modifications, and small service projects
n
nnPrepare time & material (T&M) pricing for day work
n
nnPerform site visits when needed to verify scope and conditions
n
nnInterpret NFPA requirements and explain deficiencies to customers
n
nnCoordinate with service technicians and scheduling team
n
nnWork closely with purchasing to obtain material pricing
n
nnEnsure quotes are accurate, timely, and profitable
n
nnTrack approved quotes and support smooth handoff to operations
