Job description
Fire Sprinkler EstimatorFire Sprinkler Contractor is seeking a qualified, self-motivated Fire Sprinkler Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and materials for companies and general contractors seeking bids for fire sprinkler design, installation, and inspection projects.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the fire sprinkler industry and a strong understanding of the estimating process, construction plans, and project requirements.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed estimates for fire sprinkler projects, including labor and materialsReview and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plansDevelop competitive and accurate bids for general contractors and customersCommunicate effectively with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal staffIdentify and resolve estimating and project-related issuesAssist with project planning and provide creative, cost-effective solutionsQualifications:Previous experience in the fire sprinkler trade is requiredStrong blueprint and plan-reading skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordWorking knowledge of CADStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independentlyWhat We Offer:Full-time employmentCompetitive compensation commensurate with experiencePaid vacationPaid holidaysMedical benefitsExcellent opportunity for professional growth and advancementA stable career with a growing fire sprinkler contractorIf you have fire sprinkler industry experience and are looking for an opportunity to advance your career in estimating, we would like to hear from you.
