Job description

Fire Sprinkler Service TechnicianWiginton Fire Systems is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our growing Raleigh team. It's an opportunity to join a company that values craftsmanship, safety, customer service, and professional growth.As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing fire sprinkler systems at customer locations while delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities include:Diagnose and repair fire sprinkler system deficiencies.Perform inspections, service, maintenance, and installations on fire sprinkler systems.Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately.Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.Maintain compliance with NFPA standards, company policies, and safety procedures.Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment.Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience.Working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Preferred Qualifications4-6 years of fire sprinkler service experience.NICET certification.Experience with other fire protection systems such as fire alarm, suppression, or extinguishers.Please note: This position requires previous fire sprinkler service experience.
