Fire Sprinkler Technician
We are partnered with a well-established and reputable fire protection and life safety systems contractor who is actively seeking a dedicated Fire Sprinkler Technician to join their expanding team! This company values employee development and fosters a supportive, safety-first work culture.
Compensation
Highly competitive hourly pay, DOE (typically $32–$45/hr for a strong lead)

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of sprinkler technicians and helpers
Perform inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems per NFPA 25
Troubleshoot and repair sprinkler systems, backflow devices, fire pumps, and standpipes
Conduct system installations and modifications as needed
Prepare accurate inspection reports and deficiency documentation
Serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site
Ensure all work meets NFPA, Florida Fire Prevention Code, and local AHJ requirements
Maintain a strong safety culture on every job
What You Bring
NICET or ACE Level I or higher in Automatic Sprinkler Systems
3+ years of hands-on fire sprinkler experience, including service and inspection
Proven experience leading crews or working independently in the field
Working knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and 14
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Florida Fire Sprinkler Contractor-related certifications or the ability to obtain them (Florida Division of State Fire Marshal requirements)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
