Job description
Job TitlePerform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.Inspect customer systemsUse of Smart Phone and EquipmentMay include government workRequirementsRequired:3+ years of experience with Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas SystemsExtinguisher LicenseExcellent communication and organizational skillsOutstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skillsPC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and OutlookPreferred:Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChemValid US driver's licenseHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25-40 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
