Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.What You Will Do:Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.How You Will Do It:Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.What We Look For:RequiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsOutstanding customer facing service and problem-solving skillsPC skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and OutlookAny manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChemValid US drivers licenseHiring Hourly Range: $16.30- 31.73 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
