Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.Job DescriptionWhat you will do:Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites.Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.How you will do it:Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.Inspect customer systemsUse of Smart Phone and EquipmentWhat we look for:Excellent communication and organizational skillsOutstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skillsPC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and OutlookPay Range: $25 - $27 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
