Join the Alabaster Fire DepartmentAlabaster Fire Department is seeking dedicated, courageous, and service-minded individuals to join our professional fire team. Whether you are an experienced certified firefighter or beginning your career in the fire service, this is your opportunity to serve a growing community while building a rewarding career.Starting PayRates are based on a 2,704-hour annual work schedule.Fire Recruit: $18.74 per hourFirefighter: $20.67 per hourFirefighter–Paramedic: $22.78 per hourExperienced Certified Firefighters: Experience-based pay placement availableFirefighter Selection ProcessApplications will be reviewed to confirm that minimum qualifications have been met.
