Job description
Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking an experienced Firmware Team Manager to lead a group of firmware engineers and shape the roadmap for next-gen data center hardware. You will align firmware goals with AWS strategy and work closely with hardware and software teams to integrate firmware across AWS services.
You will also oversee deployment and operation of the firmware in AWS data centers, ensuring performance and reliability while mentoring engineers to grow in their roles.
