WARREN RECRUITING’s client is seeking a Corporate Counsel to lead the legal function for a high-growth startup in Houston, Texas. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with executive leadership to manage contracts and provide legal guidance. The position offers an attractive base salary starting at $150,000, along with pre-IPO equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will possess a JD, an active Texas law license, and at least 3 years of experience in contract negotiation. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the legal department within a dynamic, innovative environment.
