Pepr.ai is building the AI Operator for growth, aiming to replace the traditional ad agency with data-driven, high-frequency trading rigor applied to digital ads. We seek the first business hire to work directly with founders, customers and engineers in San Francisco, taking on responsibilities from customer engagements to product and GTM execution.
