Job description
Cowboy Space Corporation is seeking an early Reliability Engineer who will define and own the reliability framework for our rocket programs. You will decide what analyses are needed, how deep to go, and how to balance risk and cost across propulsion, structures, and avionics.
You will drive failure analyses, implement practical testing plans, and build lean, Python-based tooling to empower engineers. This role blends hands-on engineering with strong judgment and leadership.
