We understand the unique mental and emotional challenges faced by police officers, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, veterans, and military personnel — and we meet them with respect, confidentiality, and culturally competent care. We are seeking a Clinical Trainee (pursuing licensure) to join our expanding, mission-driven team of professionals who are passionate about helping those who protect others.

Free supervision toward licensure (LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW)
Free CEU trainings and monthly professional development
Exposure to trauma-informed and crisis intervention practices
Exceptional flexibility and autonomy
Hiring, mid-year, and end-of-year bonuses
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, motivated clinician who is passionate about supporting first responders and military personnel through resilience-building and trauma recovery work.
Position responsibilities include:
Providing psychotherapy to adults (18+) through telehealth and/or in-person sessions at our St. Paul office.
Conducting diagnostic assessments as needed.
Attending supervision sessions and monthly professional meetings.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
Free clinical supervision is provided toward the following licensures:
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Contract details and compensation include:
Independent Contractor status: paid time off and health insurance are not provided.

Commitment: Minimum one-year contract.
Caseload: 20+ sessions per week (with option to expand).
Compensation: Flat-rate reimbursement per service, plus travel reimbursement (if applicable).
Bonuses: Hiring, mid-year, and end-of-year bonuses available.
