Assist in developing department-specific wellness initiatives, mental health education, and preventative programming.

Support the implementation of pre-employment psychological evaluations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, annual resilience checks, and other specialized behavioral health services as appropriate.

Develop and facilitate trainings related to trauma exposure, resilience, burnout prevention, stress management, critical incident recovery, and first responder wellness.
