Job description
Anchor Fabrication in La Vergne, TN is seeking an exempt salary Production Supervisor for 1st shift. This role supervises, plans and assigns work, and looks for improvements in methods, equipment and procedures to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in manufacturing; experience with metal fabrication or brake press a plus. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
