Job description
Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Miami seeks a First Year Associate in the Corporate Department. The ideal candidate shows genuine interest in corporate law, particularly M&A and Capital Markets, and will support attorneys in research, due diligence, drafting, and client communications.
Strong academic history and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar is essential.
