Job description
Fiscal Associate IIThe incumbent serves as a critical member of Division of Public Health Financial Services. Duties include reviewing and approving vouchers and purchase orders, reconciling procurement card (PCard) transactions, handling deposits, assisting with month-end closings, monthly intergovernmental vouchers (IV), and using multiple electronic systems such as sales force permits, Clover, GoDE, First State Financial (FSF), and Excel.
