About the Role:
Integrative Pelvic Health in Rocklin, CA is looking for a passionate and skilled PT, OT, PTA to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives through specialized, whole-person care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, musculoskeletal conditions, and related diagnoses
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and biofeedback
Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and self-management strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in pelvic health PT
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), OTR, PTA degree from an accredited program
Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
Experience or specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation preferred
Strong manual therapy and patient education skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
CPR/BLS certification required
