Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership's operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, fostering a culture of character, integrity, and strong leadership. We are the first Fisker Dealer Partner in the country and we are looking to be the number 1 retailer of Fisker in the country.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within the dealership.
Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Foster a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability among all team members.
Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and dealership operations to maximize profitability.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and uphold the highest ethical standards in all dealings.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute long‑term business plans.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Automotive General Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
In‑depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
Financial acumen and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical business practices.
Results‑driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
