Job description
EōS Fitness in Gilbert, AZ seeks a highly motivated General Manager with a sales-driven leadership background to grow membership and lead a team of managers and fitness consultants. You will drive membership growth, optimize operations, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will set goals, monitor KPIs, hire and train staff, and ensure compliance and safety while delivering results and motivating clients to rise to a challenge.
