Job description
The Fitness Equation is seeking a Membership Consultant to help with sales and new business development. The Membership Consultant reports to the Membership Director and/or Assistant Membership Director.
Responsibilities include providing world-class customer service, prospecting leads, setting appointments to present membership offerings, obtaining signed memberships to meet quotas, maintaining CRM data, supporting retention, forecasting activity, and upselling add-ons like FitEQ and SuperKids.
