Job description
Orangetheory Fitness is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead our science-backed, coach-inspired 60-minute workouts. You will motivate members through defined workouts, ensure proper form, and help them set and achieve goals in a welcoming studio environment.
AED/CPR certified, current fitness certification, and at least 2 years of experience are required, plus OTF FitCert training. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $70.00 per hour with benefits like 401(k), matching, employee discounts and a flexible
