Job description
Crunch is seeking a Fitness Director in Jacksonville, NC to maximize paid Personal Training participation, drive new client acquisition and retention, and lead the front-end selling process.
You will manage the delivery of personal training services, guide member journeys through programming, and ensure team standards of punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness across the club.
