Grass-Roots Marketing RepresentativeWork in the Future of Fitness! BODY20 is a new boutique fitness studio offering personal training with FDA-cleared Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. One 20 minute workout is equivalent to hours in the gym so you can build muscle and burn calories without the need for heavy weights and impact on the joints. We are looking for help with Grass-Roots Marketing to engage and develop collaborative relationships with local businesses and market at local events to drive EMS awareness and invite prospects into the studio to try an EMS workout.Responsibilities:Identify local businesses that would be logical collaborative partners for BODY20 where their customers could benefit from EMS (e.g. chiropractors, medspas, salons, kids activities)Reach out to businesses via phone, email and in-person visits to establish relationships and setup eventsAttend offsite events and engage potential BODY20 members, offering free arm workoutsFollow up with people you meet to invite them into our studio for an EMS workout experienceYou'll do well in this role if you:Light up a room and genuinely like talking to strangersHear "no", bounce right back, and get ready for the next pitchCare about fitness, wellness, or just looking and feeling greatAre reliable, on time, and self-motivated (nobody is watching you out there)Have reliable transportationYou'll hate this job if you need a desk, hate rejection, or want passive work. Compensation will consist of a base hourly wage plus bonuses when the people you meet show up for a demo workout and purchase a membership. There may be an option to get trained on the BODY20 in-studio sales process so you can sell prospects you meet, which comes with additional sales commission.About BODY20:BODY20 members come from all fitness levels:Busy professionals & parents with no time for the gymGLP-1 patients trying to minimize muscle loss while dropping weightFitness fanatics looking for the next level of athletic performanceThose with injuries or bad joints where heavy weights in a traditional gym is challengingBODY20 helps transform lives, 20-minutes at a time. Fitness training with EMS is a well researched and effective method that is more common in other countries like Germany. Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hourMost people know you only use 10% of your brain. But most don't realize you only use 30% of your body. BODY20 is here to change that.
