Sales Appointment CoordinatorD1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals, both on and off the field. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator who excels at appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.What You'll Do:Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointmentsConduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizationsRespond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaignsFollow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attendedBuild rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goalsSchedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching teamTrack activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRMRepresent D1 Training professionally within the local communityWhat We're Looking For:Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environmentsComfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-upsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, reliable, and consistent with follow-throughPositive attitude and coachable mindsetInterest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performanceAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentThis Role Is a Good Fit If You:Enjoy setting appointments and opening doors for in-person conversationsAre comfortable speaking with new people every dayLike structured goals and performance-based incentivesWant growth opportunities within a fitness and training organizationThis Role Is Not a Fit If You:Dislike outbound calling or consistent follow-upPrefer purely inbound or administrative workAre uncomfortable talking with prospects who may need multiple touchpointsD1 Training is one of the fastest-growing athletic training brands in the country, built on a proven model and strong national momentum.
