Job description
D1 Training is a dynamic, on-site, full-time sales leadership role in Temecula. You will own revenue growth, lead premium training package sales, coach the team, and drive consistent results in a high-energy environment.
You will manage membership and personal training sales, front-desk conversions, and oversee POS, billing, contracts, and promotions while tracking KPIs and financial performance. This role reports to ownership and thrives on performance-driven culture.
