Job description
Lift RF operates Retro Fitness clubs in the United States and seeks a high-energy Fitness Sales Manager to lead PT sales on the floor, convert new members, and drive monthly PT revenue goals. You will present training packages, promote dotFIT supplements, and work closely with Regional Management to develop clients into programs.
You will use CRM systems, maintain sales discipline, and engage members with confidence while meeting evening and weekend shifts.
