Job description
Lift RF, operator of Retro Fitness clubs, seeks a high-energy Fitness Sales Manager in Florida to drive Personal Training revenue. You will run Welcome Workouts, lead strong follow-up, and convert new members into clients on the gym floor.
This sales-first role targets hitting monthly PT revenue goals, EFT setups, and supplement sales, with support from the Regional Manager of Fitness and Personal Training. You’ll sell, build relationships, and move members into the right program.
