Job description
Lift RF, which operates Retro Fitness clubs, is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Manager who thrives on closing with gym members. You’ll drive Personal Training revenue through Welcome Workouts, follow-up, and confident sales conversations on the floor.
You’ll sell PT packages, upgrades, and EFT setups, build relationships with members, and ensure a smooth sales workflow with daily organization and script adherence. This is a sales-first, growth-focused role.
