Structural Welder/FitterPay: $19.00/hourSchedule: Starts at 5:00 AM; 10-12-hour shiftsJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a dependable Structural Welder/Fitter who can read structural blueprints and perform quality welding and fabrication work. Candidates must be able to perform CJP (Complete Joint Penetration) welds.Skills and Requirements:Read and understand structural blueprintsRead a tape measure accuratelyPerform CJP weldsTack weld using 7018 electrodes (SMAW)Operate an overhead hoistOperate an oxy-acetylene torchStand for extended periodsKneel and squat frequentlyLift up to 50 poundsMaintain dependable and consistent attendanceBenefits:Guaranteed 40 hours per weekCurrently offering 10-20 hours of overtimeUp to two bonuses each monthPaid holidays and vacationTwo weeks of vacation annually, with the opportunity to earn moreAffordable medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance401(k)
