Job description
Sea Island Company seeks an inspirational Restaurant Leader to direct our Food & Beverage team across the resort’s dining experiences, ensuring a true Five Star standard for every guest.
You will oversee station assignments, opening/closing, inventory control for beverages, tableware and linens, and staff development through training and coaching. Collaborate with other departments for seamless service and revenue optimization; maintain safety and quality, while delivering warm hospitality.
