Job description
Northland is seeking a Senior Fixed Income Trading Desk Support to provide end-to-end operational support for new issue deals and secondary market activity on the Fixed Income Trading Desk.
The role requires expertise in new issue workflows, close coordination with counterparties, and the ability to perform under tight time pressures. It also includes mentoring junior team members and stepping in for closing calls when needed.
