Currently seeking a Fixed Operations Director for growing Automotive Group based in Jacksonville, Florida.The ideal candidate will be driven to train and develop our future leaders while growing the business!This position will require a minimum of five years previous Automotive experience overseeing multiple roof tops.Responsibilities and Qualifications:The Fixed Operations Director is responsible for monitoring and communicating requirements for fixed operations personnel, productivity, profits and Customer Satisfaction to the dealership personnel. This individual is tasked with recruiting, and training, when necessary, fixed management personnel for the dealerships in his/her region. He or she is also responsible for supervising dealership management in areas pertinent to manufacturer and dealership goals and procedures. The position also requires the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with Management at all levels, dealership management and personnel, as well as members of his/her team.• Assure that dealership fixed management is focused on achieving the departmental goals set by dealership management• Monitor and instruct that all dealership activities are performed according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures• Assist dealership fixed management in forecasting goals and objectives for personnel, expenses, sales and profits• Make recommendations to dealership management• Actively encourages the recruitment of dealership management candidates from internal and external sources• Assist dealership fixed operations in implementing and consistently performing accepted processes as determined dealership management and the manufacturer• Ensure that reporting systems required by general management and the manufacturer are maintained• Hold Fixed Operations meetings within markets on a regular basis• Monitor all regional warranty operations for factory compliance, plus timely and accurate claim filing• Work with dealership General Management to assist in all segments of Fixed Operation’s personnel, processes and profitability• Must have a minimum of at-least 3-5yrs Automotive experience• Must have great interpersonal skills• Must be attentive to detail• Must be at-least eighteen years of age• Must have a valid Drivers License• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)We Offer:• Competitive pay• 401k plans with company matching for most full-time and part-time team members• Health care &- medical, dental and vision insurance plans• Life Insurance ($25,000 complimentary), short-term and long-term disability plans• Paid holidays and PTO• Employee referral program with bonus opportunities
