Job description
Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our Service Center, overseeing the Service Manager(s) and driving profitability while delivering excellent customer satisfaction. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage P&L, and maintain safe, efficient service operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires RV/auto industry experience, strong communication, and proficiency with dealership software.
