Job description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting October 6-December 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Lakeland, FL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and Occupational Medicine (audiometry, drug testing, pre-employment & DOT physicals, and Worker's Comp evaluations & follow-up visits). Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 6:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, and 1 Saturday shift per month is 7:00am-12:00pm (October 24, November 21, & December 19). Occasional Tuesday shifts are 6:00am-230pm (October 20, November 17, & December 15). Client will also consider 4 10-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 7am-6pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. FL DEA, DOT Certification, and dispensing license are also required for this assignment, as is Occupational Medicine experience. Athena EMR experience is a plus. Current shift needs are October 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 24, 27, 28, & 30; November 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, & 25, & December 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 11, 15, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 29, & 30.
