You've seen the Medical Director ads. This isn't another title with no authority attached to it.
I'm recruiting a Psychiatrist / Medical Director for an established behavioral health organization in Tampa, Florida.
They're looking for a psychiatrist who wants more than another clinical job — someone who wants a seat at the table, a voice in clinical direction, and compensation that reflects the responsibility.
