Job description
La Cabra in Chelsea, New York, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our new flagship bakery and café. This hands-on leader will oversee daily operations, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure a seamless guest experience across bakery and café teams.
You will schedule staff, manage inventory, coach baristas and shift leads, and partner with bakery leadership to deliver outstanding service while meeting health and safety requirements. Flexible full-time schedule and a one-year contract.
