Job description
Buck Mason is seeking a flagship Store Manager who lives and breathes our culture, customer experience, and lifestyle. You are a born leader with a knack for driving business, fostering a killer team, and creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.
You will lead on the shop floor, coach your team, set daily goals, maintain Visual Merchandising standards, and harness digital assets to boost sales. 3–5 years in retail leadership and a passion for menswear are required.
