Flat Rate Technician
Earn $118K–$123K as a flat-rate technician in a high-volume Cadillac dealership with consistent workflow, strong car count, and the tools needed to maximize your productivity.

What You'll Do
Perform repairs on Cadillac vehicles using manufacturer procedures, advanced diagnostic equipment, and industry-leading technology.
Handle drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and A/C repairs
Maintain consistent flagged hours in a production environment
Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately
Work efficiently while maintaining repair quality
What We're Looking For
Journeyman-level technician experience preferred
Proven ability to flag hours consistently
Strong diagnostic and repair ability
Experience in flat-rate or high-volume shop preferred
Reliable, production-focused work style

Requirements
1 year of automotive experience.
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
